Kauai activist Richard Spacer looks down Larsen’s Beach trail near the Mark Zuckerberg property on Kauai. Spacer for years has been gathering documents, filing complaints and creating petitions to prove that the traditional Ala Loa trail crosses close to the shore in the region and should be opened for all to use. “These rich people can’t get away with this. They morally cannot,” he said last week.
