Get it Right the First Time: Hawaii Tourism Watch

Hotel workers are preparing for the reopening of the tourism economy by conducting hotel inspections.

Hotel workers want to get it right the first time—this is only possible if workers have a voice in reopening plans. This is the recommendation in a recent report published by the University of Hawaii at Manoa, “Workers at the Table: Recommendations for Best Practices for the Hotel Industry as it Recovers from COVID-19.”
