Kapolei – Motorists and residents are advised that the annual Kapolei City Lights holiday celebration and the West O‘ahu Electric Light Parade will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016, affecting traffic on Fort Barrett Road, Kapolei Parkway, and on streets within the area surrounding Kapolei Hale. Kapolei City Lights Holiday Celebration: The annual festival will be held on Ulu‘ōhi‘a Street from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. West O‘ahu Electric Light Parade: Parade starts at 6 p.m. The parade route travels west on Kapolei Parkway from Fort Barrett Road to Kealakapu Street. Cross streets will close progressively as parade units approach. The following street closures, detours and parking restrictions will be effect. No Parking, Tow Away Zone, Saturday, December 10, 2016, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
