Legal immigrant – Expire on the same date as the expiration of legal stay.

1 to 7 years (legal presence limited terms) $ 5.00 per year or fraction thereof
Duplicate (to replace lost, stolen, or damaged) $ 6.00
Forms of payment that are accepted at Driver Licensing Centers:
Cash, Credit or Debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo, or
Check drawn on U.S. funds made payable to City and County of Honolulu.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants who are under the age of fourteen years, the application shall be made on the minor's behalf by the parent, or by another individual in loco parentis of the minor who can provide proof of guardianship. Affidavit for Minor 10 through 13 years of age: stateidaffidavitforminor.pdf
